PAN Head Self Drilling Screws
The half-sphere head ensures deeper recess and negates slippage while driving in higher torque applications. ~Z~ point allows stability and also 40% faster drilling in steel. An additional Teflon coating over zinc plating to resist corrosion and enhances the life span of the screws.
Commonly used to join up to 3 mm thick steel frame or structures to skin steel or aluminum inter-sections, partitions, doors, windows, sign boards, and various other fixing applications.
